In our family have been dogs from my childhood. We live in Lukov (situated in Moravia – eastern part of The Czech republic), village with deep historical rootsdating back to the 14th century.
When I was 7 years old, father bought for us first dog – the bitch of smooth-haired dachshund. My father has been hunter, so he used her very often in hunting.
In 1986 we bought first bitch of the smooth fox terrier. And it was decided, that this breed will follow our future lives. In 1996 was born first litter of smooth fox terriers in our kennel Tuskulum.
In 2006 was Tuskulum kennel transferred to me. Our kennel has been always family kennel. My intention has been to breed lively, typical, healthy and successful hunting dogs.
From 2002 I am breeding manager for The Czech Fox Terrier Club (for both fox terrier breeds).
Our hightlights were in year 2003, when Chart Tuskulum became European Winner and in 2015 was gained CC to my young bitch Latonia Tuskulum at Crufts.
I became the Fox Terrier judge in 2010. From 2018 I am the Terrier group judge. I judged fox terriers abroad at Bundessieger 2017 in Dortmund, wires at the Finnish Fox Terrier Specialty in 2016 and both breeds at the ”Terri-Erri 2013” Specialty show in Finland.
I really appreciate very much invitation The Swedish Fox Terrier Smooth Club. For me it is really a great honor. I will use my existing knowledge and experience to judge dogs as precisely as according to applicable FCI breed standards.
